We are a couple in our late 20s who has decided to leave behind a comfortable and happy life in Seattle to travel around the world for the next 8 months. Our goals for this trip includes 1.) obviously, to see the world, 2.) to eat some amazing foods and 3.) to not come home wanting a divorce.
J and I are now seeking recommendations for our very last stop - Rome!

J and I will be in Sydney for 4 whole weeks starting this weekend!
Here are some activities we're thinking of doing while we're in Sydney (in no particular order).
1. Climb the Sydney Harbor Bridge
2. Learn to surf
3. Learn to sail
4. Go to the beach
5. Visit the Opera House
6. Eat good Chinese food.

J and I will be in Amsterdam for 3 days and 2 nights this upcoming weekend. We have some ideas of what to do, but was wondering if anyone has any other recommendations - especially for places to eat!! Speaking of which, what are some must-eat Dutch foods?
So far we're planning to do the following things (in no particular order):
1. Anne Frank House
2. Van Gogh Museum
3. Red Light District
4. The Heineken Experience (We always thought it was a German beer... apparently not!)
5. Eat a "special" muffin. Anyone have a favorite bakery?
